The frequencies of RT39 is FRS: 462.5500MHZ-467.7125MHZ. PMR is 446 license free frequencies.
All the frequency is the same with business walkie talkie, it can talk to RETEVIS RT22,RT45,h777 and other walkie talkies,
Just make sure they have the same Frequency and CTCSS.
